By submitting a booking or enrolment form, you acknowledge and accept that all the information on the form is correct and complete and that you have read and understood the below terms and conditions:

Annual programme terms and conditions:

·       The programme involves a lesson once a week, during school terms, by a trained instructor of e² Young Engineers.

·       No credit, refund or extra lessons will be given if (i) other activities clash with the lesson time; (ii) child is absent from class; (iii) school or learning centre is closed due to public holiday, school holiday or school function.

·       e² Young Engineers franchise reserves the right to provide catch up lessons for missed lessons at any of their available learning centres, as scheduled on the timetable, by written notice to e² Young Engineers.

·       e² Young Engineers franchise reserves the right to deny class attendance.

·       e² Young Engineers franchise cannot accept any liability, loss or injury suffered during attendance of lessons.

·       All equipment remains the property of e² Young Engineers franchise.

Instalment options and discount:

·       e² Young Engineers franchise fees are calculated for the full year curriculum and then divided into different payment options.

·       Invoices are payable in advance.

·       Interest will be charged for overdue accounts.

·       Refer to the local e² Young Engineers franchise on any discounts provided.

·       Above discounts do not apply along with campaign discounts or special offers.

Cancellations:

·       One month written notice must be provided to your local e² Young Engineers franchise upon cancellation.

 

Holiday Club terms and conditions:

·       Not all local e² Young Engineers franchises offer Holiday Club.

·       The holiday club involves a session by a trained instructor of e2 Young Engineers franchise per specified age group.

·       No credit. refund or extra lessons will be given if class is missed.

·       The account is payable in advance.

·       Class will be denied by the e² Young Engineers franchise for any invoice not paid upfront.

·       e² Young Engineers franchise reserves the right to deny class attendance.

·       e² Young Engineers franchise cannot accept any liability, loss or injury suffered during attendance of lessons.

·       All equipment remains the property of e² Young Engineers franchise.

 

 

Black Friday 2022 terms and conditions:

Enroll for 2023 programme and pay the full annual price less 20%

Special is only valid from 25 November – 2 December 2022

• Special is on the 2023 annual programme price
• Excludes any ad-hoc fees applicable i.e. admin/registration fees etc. where applicable
• All invoices must be paid in full by 3 December 2022
• No additional discount will be allowed with the Black Friday Special

 

Black Friday 2022 cancellation policy:   

• Cooling-off period is 7 days – 100% refund
• 30-day cancellation notice period

• Cancel before 31 March 2023
• 75% refund
• Cancel between 1 April 2023 – 30 June 2023
• 50% refund
• Cancel between 1 July 2023 – 30 September 2023
• 25% refund
• Cancel after 30 September 2023
• No refund
